How it Works
- Consultation: a free intake call about your budget and vibe.
- Agreement and fee: sign the Traveler Services Agreement, then pay your planning fee through a secure Fora invoice.
- Proposal: your custom travel proposal within 5 business days of payment.
- ID check: a quick, friendly video call to confirm it's you.
- Booking: fine-tune and secure your trip. Your full itinerary arrives once everything is booked.
Good to Know
- Planning fees are non-refundable once paid, even if your trip is canceled.
- Travel insurance is strongly advised for all trips.
- Keeping you safe: I do a quick ID check before booking and never ask for card numbers by email, text or social media.
- Some upgrades require minimum stays.
- Trips longer than a week are prorated by the day.
