Packages
Group Room Block
$250 per hotel block
For celebrations, reunions and event weekends of 8 to 20 rooms. Each household books and pays for its own room. Extra rooms are $10 each.
Destination Weddings
$750 per wedding
One resort room block of up to 20 guest rooms, a private guest travel page and help for your guests. Extra guest rooms are $25 each. Your honeymoon concierge fee is 10% off when you book your honeymoon with us no later than 30 days after the wedding.
Group Trip Planning
$500 per week of travel
Family reunions, multigenerational trips and celebration getaways with one shared plan, for up to 4 households. Each extra household is $75.
Group Cruises
No planning fee + $25 per cabin

Your organizer reaches me directly, not a booking portal, and I reply within one business day.

Guests book through the hotel's group link or code, and I send weekly updates on who's booked.

I remind guests before the hotel's cutoff date and help you release unneeded rooms in time.
Good to know
Who pays for the hotel rooms?
Each household books and pays for its own room through the hotel's group link. The planning fee is one fee for the whole group.
How far ahead should we reach out?
Group trips need at least 60 days before your trip, and rush service isn't available. For destination weddings and big celebrations, 6 to 12 months ahead gets the best choice of hotels.
What if we don't fill every room?
I request a courtesy block, with no penalty for unbooked rooms, whenever the hotel offers one. If a hotel requires a contract with minimums, your organizer signs it, and I walk you through the terms first and track bookings before the cutoff date.
Is there a minimum group size?
Hotels usually need 8 or more rooms for a block. Smaller groups can each book with Stay Booking, with no planning fee.
