Booking online can work, but it often means hours of open tabs, reviews and fine print, then a call center when something changes. I do the research, give you honest recommendations for your style and budget, and handle the bookings.
You'll pay the same or a lower rate than booking direct, and as a Fora advisor I can add partner perks like breakfast, hotel credits and upgrades when available. And on a Pocket Plan or higher, if something goes wrong during your trip, you contact me instead of waiting on hold.
No. Most people don't realize this, but it doesn't cost extra to book through me. I have access to the best available rates, and often perks you can't get booking direct, like room upgrades, breakfast or spa credits.
Planning fees are separate and always shared upfront, before any work begins. If you've already picked your hotel, Stay Booking has no planning fee at all.

Not at all. I plan trips of every size for every budget, from getaways that don't break the bank to honeymoons, family vacations and once-in-a-lifetime adventures. On a smaller budget, I'll find clean, safe, trustworthy options that stretch your dollars. Ready to splurge? I'll make sure it's worth every penny and look for perks and upgrades when available. Either way, you get the same care and attention.
When I book you at a Fora partner hotel, you can get extras like daily breakfast, a hotel credit and a room upgrade when available, plus VIP notes sent to the hotel before you arrive.Perks vary by hotel, and some upgrades require minimum stays. If you already know where you want to stay, Stay Booking gets you the perks with no planning fee.
Yes. When we book, just share your hotel and cruise loyalty numbers, and I'll add them to your reservations so you keep earning points like you normally would. You book your own flights, so your airline miles work just as they always do.A few package or special promotion rates don't earn hotel points. If that applies to an option I suggest, I'll always tell you before booking.
Pocket Travel is powered by Fora Travel. I'm an independent travel advisor in the Fora network, so your bookings are made through Fora and its supplier partnerships. You book your own flights, so contact your airline directly about flight issues. As your personal advocate, I handle the back-and-forth so you spend less time on hold and more time enjoying your trip.
Plans change, and I get it. Whenever possible, I recommend refundable or flexible bookings, and I'll remind you before important change and cancellation deadlines so you don't miss your window.Just contact me and I'll handle it with the travel providers, within their policies. Supplier change fees may apply, and larger changes may need an additional planning fee. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every trip.
Planning fees cover my time and research from the moment planning starts, so they're non-refundable once paid, even if your trip is canceled, postponed or never booked. That's why everything is clear before you commit. Your consultation is free, and before any work begins you'll sign my Traveler Services Agreement, which spells out the fee, timeline and policies.
